  • Do sizes for the 3/4 sleeve and cap sleeve satin boleros run standard?
  • No, the sizes of the 3/4 sleeve and the cap sleeve satin boleros do not run standard, just like any specialized product our sizes are guided by our own measurents table chart. One of the biggest mistakes people make is to use their known personal size as the size to order any one of our jackets .Please check the measurements table chart posted with each jacket or shrug before you place your order. If you are unable to to obtain your own measurements, order the next size up from the size you would normally wear. This practice has worked well for many of our customers.
  • I want to order a 3/4 sleeve satin bolero, what do I do if I don't have a way of measuring my self?
  • Since our sizes run a bit smaller, order the next size up from the size you would normally wear,
 
  • How accurate is your measurement's table chart?
  • Each bolero jacket or shrug has been  measured individually so the measurement chart is as  accurate as possible. You can be sure if you follow the measurements chart you will be just fine.  
 
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive once it has been ordered?
  •  Once an order has been shipped it takes approximatelly 3-5 days to arrive

 

  • I see the bolero I want in stock but I don't need it just yet. If I come back in a couple of weeks will it still be available in stock and if not how long before you get some more in stock.
  • All of our boleros and shrugs are very popular , specially the black, brown, silver and white and we do run out of stock of those boleros quicker.  If you see the bolero or shrug that you want in stock now, purchase it now don't wait. Once an item is out of stock it will take approx 2 to 4 weeks before we re-stock "Don't wait". 

 

  • What payment options do you accept?
  • For orders within the US we acept MC,Visa, Discover, Paypal and Google Checkout.
 
  • What will my credit card statement say
  • Your credit card statement will read "Billed by USA Fashions" 

 

  • What payment options do you accept for international orders?
  • For international orders we accept payments via Pypal or Google Checkout

  • What currencies do you support?
  • US Dollar (USD)

 

  • How soon will my item ship?
  • All items listed are good in stock unless other ways marked. We usually ship the next work day after receiving payment for your order but never later than 2 work days days after.
 
  • Do you accept international orders?
  • Yes we do, see shipping section for a list of the countries we ship to
  • Which shipping method do you use?
  • We use the USPS mail for all our shipping.
 
  • Do you ship to Canada?
  • Yes we do but we only accept Google Checkout or Paypal as the method of payment.
 
  • How much do you charge for shipping?
  • All shipping is a flat $5.00 ( Except international shipping other than Canada )

 

  • Should I expect to pay customs fees if I am outside the US?
  • Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be determined by local government. You may have to pay your customs department.
  • What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation which makes it very hard for your order to  get lost in the mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail,  once the item has been confirmed as having been  delivered by the USPS it is our of our hands. Notify your local post office of any problems.

 

  • Can I track my order, do you send it with with tracking numbers?
  • Yes all shipments are sent via the USPS and they all carry delivery confirmation which includes a tracking number.
  • Can I exchange my item if I ordered the wrong size?
  • Yes but first you must request an RMA return merchandise authorization number, afterwhich we will exchange it for another size, providing the item is it it's original condition as when it was shipped
  • You will be responsible for all shippigng charges involved.

 

  • I ordered the wrong size jacket, what do I do now?
  • Notify us wthin 3 days or sooner to qualify for an RMA exchange authorization. Once you receive your authorization return the item via USPS, you will be responsible for all shipping charges involved.

 

  • Do you accept returns?
  • Yes we do in the we form of an exchange or as an in store credit but first you must request and RMA number. ( Return merchandize authorization )

 

  • Do you accept orders by phone?
  • We do not accept orders by phone or fax. We're strictly an internet based store.

 

  • Do you accept international orders?
  • No we do not accept international orders at this time, we will in the near future.

 

  • What type of payments do you accept?
  • We accept Visa and MC along with Paypal, Google Checkout, Personal Checks and Money Orders.

 

  • How would I know if an item I'm interested is or is not in stock?
  • You will know immediately because the items will show out of stock and you will not be able to purchase it.
 
  • Your measurements table chart do not match my measurements, do you do alterations?
  • Sorry, no we do not offer alterations service and we do not recommend that you do any alterations to these boleros.  It would very hard to recreate the fine workmanship done on them.
 
  • Is this a good quality 3/4 sleeve satin jacket for $39.95 including shipping?
  • Yes this is a high quality jacket, very well made, beautiful and elegant. The regular in stores retail price for these jackets is anywhere between $69.00 and $89.00   ($39.95 is an internet  price)
 
  • I love your  Boleros but I have some questions, if I send you an email, how soon will you get back to me, I need answers fast?
  • Send us an email along with your phone number if you wish, we will return your call or email you the same day as soon as possible. You can also call our 800 number and leave us a message, we will return your call ASAP.
 
  • Do you sell gift certificates?
