RETURNS: ( Two types )
Return Policy for the following items: 3/4 Sleeve satin boleros, Cap sleeve satin boleros, All long sleeve lace boleros, and Satin ruffle boleros.
Bridal boleros or shrugs and formal dresses will be accepted as an exchange only no in store credit
The policy for all other none special occasion products as follows:

If you are not fully satisfied with the products not listed above, we'll gladly exchange the product and or will give a refund less shipping charges
Just fill out the returns form included with your product for an exchange and or a refund.
To obtain an exchange and or a refund. All items returned shall be in their original unused condition and with tags attached.
For the products listed in the none refund policy:
We gladly accept returns as an exchange or as an in store credit. Please measure carefully as you are responsible for ordering the appropriate size and color. The majority of items feature a sizing chart on the product page for your convenience. In-store credit does not include shipping fees.
Color matching can be hard to do when you're looking at a color through a computer monitor, monitor resolutions vary from monitor to monitor and the colors may appear slightly different at times. If it is critical for you to match to any particular color (before you place your order) call us or email us with your name and address for a free swatch, we will gladly mail one to you. Any returns due to not matching the color of your dress will be handled as an exchange or as an in store credit.
All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from the shipping date. Exchanges will be handled promptly and orders will be shipped as quickly as possible.
*Bridal boleros or shrugs can only be exchanged for another bridal bolero or shrug, there will be no in store credit for them.
The date of receipt is determined by the tracking number of your package, all shipped packages carry a tracking number.
Exchanges are only allowed one time, after which there will be a 15% re-stocking charge.
All shipping fees are the sole resposibility of the buyer.
An item that has been previously exchanged cannot be exchanged a second time and or returned for an in store credit.
All returns for exchange items must pass inspection and verified to be in their original condition with all labels and hang tags attached. Items failing to pass our inspection will be returned to the customers with an inspection report. If a customer refuses a delivery and the items are returned to us, a 30% restock fee plus any associated shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
All items are fully inspected prior to shipping to avoid any obvious problems with same. In the event that we send you the wrong size or color, we will promptly conduct an exchange at no cost to you.
Any returned items will be fully inspected and they must be in the same original condition as when they were shipped, original tags attached, no perfumes, specks, spots, dots, no damage and no evidence of it having been worn. Any item showing any of the above will be rejected for exchange and the exchange or requesrt for an in store credit will not be honored.
AVOID EXCHANGES:
To avoid problems with your order and to ensure a proper fit, please review the measurements sizing table chart listed with each bolero jacket before placing your order,give yourself a little extra room so that it doesn't fit too tight. Our 3/4 sleeve and our cap sleeve satin boleros run approx one size under, it is recommendable you order the next size up from the size you would normally wear.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not been processed/shipped you may cancel without any fees owed. If your order has been shipped it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from from the refund.
REFUSED OR CARRIER UNABLE TO DELIVER SHIPMENT:
Refused or unable to deliver shipments by the USPS or UPS will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees.
RETURNS ACCEPTED AS AN EXCHANGE AND OR AS AN IN STORE CREDIT.

All products must be in their oginal unused condition, undamaged, clean with out any odors of smoke, cologne or perfume and with all tags attached. Please mail your package in the same box in which it was shipped or in a similar size box. Please don't ship it back in an envelope or in a box 1/4 size the size in which it was shipped in, these are formal elegant satin boleros and crumbling them into a small container can damage the fabric and your exchange will not be accepted. We take every precaution when ship it to you so you can get what you paid for, a bolero jacket in it's best possible condition.
