Take a little time to take your measurents so you can compare them against our posted measurements.
We want you to get the right size the first time you order so you have no delays getting ready for your event. We want to work with you so please work with us.
Ordering the wrong size, it is very important, have some one take your measurements so you can compare them to the bolero sizing chart. If you do not have your mesurements the next best thing to do is to order the next size up from the size you would normally wear, this practice has worked well for many customers. Remember to give yourself a little room for a comfortable fit. It is better if it fits a little bigger than too tight.
The measurements posted on all boleros are as accurate as they can be.
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AS AN EXCHANGE ONLY
Because of the fact that our boleros fall under the category of special occasion formal jackets, there will be no refunds, only exchanges.
You must mail the item back to us within 7 days of receiving same, the sooner the better so we can mail you back the size you need ASAP.
Color matching is hard to do when you're looking at a color through a computer monitor, monitor resolutions vary from monitor to monitor and the colors may appear slightly different at times. If it is critical for you to match to any particular color call us or email us for a free color swatch and we will gladly mail one to you.
Exchange approval will be done after the intended exchange has been received us, inspected and cleared for damage, stains,markings, unpleasant odors, perfumes and or any signs that the item was worn for more than to try it on for size. The exchanged bolero shall be in the same exact condition as wen it was sold with original tags attached.
If the item does not pass inspection and it is not accepted for exchange it will be sent back to the buyer.
Our policy is intended to provide you the customer with a top quality product better and a great service the very
first time you order your bolero from us. Any time you send back for an exchange you loose time and the size you needed may no longer be available. Call us if you have any questions.
EXCHANGES MUST BE MAILED BACK TO US NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING SAME
Exchanges mailed back later than 7 days from the time it was received will not be honored.
Postage stamp will reflect the day it was mailed back.
Exchanges will be handled promptly and orders will be shipped as quickly as possible
Please check the bolero measurements chart instead of going by what size you normally wear, this is a mistake. You want to give yourself a extra room so that it doesn't fit too tight.
If you cannot measure your self, the rule of thumb is order the next size up. You can allways alter it to fit you.

You don't need to call us on order to mail back for an exchange just fill out the return for exchange form found inside the box with your item order.
All items are fully inspected prior to shipping to avoid any obvious problems with same. In the event that we send you the wrong size or color, we will promptly conduct an exchange with out cost to the customer.
Any returned item for exchange will be fully inspected and it shall be in the same condition as when it was shipped, original tags attached, no perfumes, specks, spots, dots, no damage and no evidence of it having been worn. Any item showing any of the above will be rejected for exchange and the exchange will not be honored.
Buyer is responsable for all shipping costs associated with the exchange of an item.

To avoid problems with your order and to ensure a proper fit, please review the measurements sizing table chart listed with each bolero jacket before placing your order,give yourself a little extra room so that it doesn't fit too tight.
All bolero jackets and bridal shrugs have been measured individually to ensure accurate measurments. The measurements listed in the sizing table chart are as accurate as possible. We have sold thousands of these boleros to many satisfied customers without any complaints. Please compare those measurements against your own before placing your order.
To insure that no problems arise with your order each and every item is inpected by our quality control staff prior to boxing it for shipping.
HOW TO RETURN AND ITEM FOR EXCHANGE
Easy return for exchange form ( You don't need to call to get authorization for an exchange )
Every order is accompanied by an easy to fill out Return for exchange form. Just fill out the form and send the item back for a prompt exchange. All products shall be in their oginal unused condition, undamaged, clean with out any odors of smoke, cologne or perfume and with all tags attached. Please mail your package in the same box in which it was shipped or in a similar size box. Please don't ship it back in an envelope or in a box 1/4 size the size in which it was shipped in, these are formal elegant satin boleros and crumbling them into a small container can damage the fabric and your exchange will not be accepted. We take every precaution when ship it to you so you can get what you paid for, a bolero in it's best possible condition.
