These terms and conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions and they are in effect for orders that are placed on and after 01/01/15

The terms and conditions as provided here are non-negotiable, and by the use of this site you have agreed to abide by them. In addition, we reserve the right to make changes to our site, policy, and terms and conditions at any time.

Please know that we have taken every effort possible to depict our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee our products to be as depicted on every display.
Colors vary depending on the computer monitor being used. If color matching is critical, we suggest you physically purchase your product at your nearest formal wear store.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges, please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including returns and exchanges.
Returns will be accepted and a refund issued, providing the customer follows our returns and exhanges policy.

Returns Policy:

  • All returns shall be in the same unused conditions as when they were sold, clean, unwashed, free of  perfume and smoke odors.
  • Any problem with the order shall be reported to Bolero Jackets and Shrugs via email immediatelly upon receiving the order.
  • Product or products shall be returned  no later than  3 business days after receiving same and obtaining an authorized RMA number. ( no excuses or exceptions )
  • No returns or exchanges for final sale items.
  • Upon receiving your return the item or items will be inspected for compliance with our returns policy. (2-5 days after receiving your return )
  • If you receive an item and you decide you don't like it, or you no longer needed, there will be a 25 % re-stocking fee charge deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable
  • You the customer are responsible for all shipping and return fees.

If you have a question about the size of a product and it's measurements please request this information before you order.
Colors may vary and monitors may not always depict the true color of an item as you see on your screen. Make sure this not an issue for you  before you order.
Trying to match a color to a dress is dificult, if is is critical for you to match colors we, we suggest you  go to a store in person.

*RMA'S cannot be issued over the phone.*Valid requests will receive an email with an RMA number within 1 to 3 business days after requesting one. *Follow the steps in your email containing your RMA.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all store credits and exchanges, no exceptions.
Request your RMA via email, no RMA'S will be issued by phone.

Returns without and RMA will not be accepted and your return will not be honored.
No RMA's for International orders

[Discrepancy Claim]
Discrepancy claims or product not as described are required to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims are treated as regular returns and exchanges; except shipping costs and fees are reimbursable, should our inspection concurs with the claim-claim return shipping reimbursed at ground shipping rate only.

Iternational orders
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders while in transit to the intended country, International orders can not be tracked. We will provide proof that the shipping label was purchased  We we will add the  number and date issued by the USPS to your order.
